Ruby's advice for the week: There are two days in our lives which we should not worry about, two days which should be free from guilt, worry or sadness. Yesterday and Tomorrow. Yesterday has past what was said and done cannot be changed, yesterday has ended either with happiness or sadness yet yeserday has no claim on today. It is over. Tomorrows sun will rise wither in glory or behind a mask of clouds but we have no stake in it for tomorrow is yet to be born. Until then we need not fear it. This leaves only today. Any man can fight the battles of just one day, it is only when you add the two awful eternities of yesterday and tomorrow that you become depressed, sad, regretful. LET US THEREFORE LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME.. | |||||||||||||||||
